We have a NO REFUND policy, however a one-time exchange is welcomed and can be made within 7 days of receiving order. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and will also be responsible for new shipping fees occurred for exchanged merchandise ($3.99). We suggest shipping via United States Postal Service as it is more cost efficient. Once merchandise has been received, customer will be sent a credit code via email in the amount of the returned merchandise to be used towards replacement frames. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE ALLOWED PER ORIGINAL RETURNED ITEM.
